  • Technical consulting

3. No Guaranteed Results

While we apply professional best practices, we do NOT guarantee:

  • SEO rankings
  • Search visibility
  • Traffic increases
  • Revenue growth
  • Conversion improvements
  • Merchant Center approval
  • Google Ads performance

Digital performance may fluctuate due to:

  • Search engine algorithm changes
  • DNS propagation
  • Third-party systems
  • Historical website issues
  • Client-side edits

4. SEO / Migration Risk Disclosure

Website migrations, redesigns, and technical changes may cause temporary or permanent fluctuations in:

  • Organic traffic
  • Rankings
  • Indexing
  • Paid ad performance

Convert Cartel is not liable for such fluctuations.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information
  • Timely approvals
  • Access credentials
  • Legal compliance of content
  • Backups where requested

Delays caused by the client may impact timelines.

6. Payments

  • Deposits may be required before work begins
  • Digital audits/consulting are non-refundable
  • Custom projects may use milestone payments
  • Late payments may delay work

7. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and custom nature of our services:

Generally Non-Refundable:

  • Audits
  • Consultations
  • Custom builds after work begins

Refunds are discretionary unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Intellectual Property

All original work remains property of Convert Cartel until paid in full.

Clients retain ownership of their existing assets.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Convert Cartel shall not be liable for:

  • Lost traffic
  • SEO declines
  • Lost rankings
  • Lost profits
  • Advertising inefficiencies
  • Third-party outages
  • Platform suspensions

Maximum liability is limited to fees paid for the relevant service.

10. Third-Party Platforms

We are not responsible for issues arising from:

  • Shopify
  • Google
  • Meta
  • Hosting providers
  • App providers
  • DNS services

11. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for abuse, non-payment, or unlawful activity.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
