RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Convert Cartel provides digital services including Shopify migrations, website rebuilds, technical audits, and consulting. Due to the custom and digital nature of these services, traditional product returns do not apply.

1. Digital Services

All audits, consultations, strategy calls, and custom digital services are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.

2. Deposits

Project deposits are non-refundable as they secure scheduling, planning, and resource allocation.

3. Custom Projects

Refunds for larger custom projects may be considered only where required by law or explicitly agreed in writing.

4. Client Delays or Non-Responsiveness

Failure to provide required access, materials, approvals, or communication may delay delivery and does not qualify for refunds.

5. Performance Disclaimer

Convert Cartel does not guarantee SEO rankings, traffic increases, conversion rates, or revenue outcomes. Refunds will not be issued based solely on business performance fluctuations.

6. Third-Party Platforms

Refunds will not be issued for issues caused by Shopify, Google, hosting providers, app conflicts, DNS delays, or other external systems outside our control.

7. Chargebacks

Clients agree to contact Convert Cartel directly to resolve disputes before initiating chargebacks.
